MOSCOW, Jan 18 (PRIME) -- Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin on Monday to prepare a united plan of national goals fulfillment until February 1.
The president also ordered the government to adjust national projects and state programs until April 1 if needed, and to bring them in accordance with the plan.
